How much does the cruise cost? 

The total cost of the cruise starts at $695 for an Interior Room and  $789 for an Ocean View Room. All rate are per person and based on double occupancy. Additional cost for single occupancy upgrade.

Can I book a balcony suite?

Yes the current balcony price is just $879! 

​

What is the deadline to submit my deposit?

Introductory early bird deadline is April 30th. Save at least 10% by using discount code EARLY or CREW if you attended FFSC 2018. Registration is open until cruise is sold out.

What is the payment plan?

The deposit is currently $50 per person to reserve your spot and confirm your reservation. Remaining balance will be split into 5 equal payments due on the following dates: 

• 1st payment due June 5th

• 2nd payment due August 5th

• 3rd payment due October 5th

• 4th payment due December 5th

• Final payment due February 5th

When is the final payment due? 

Package must be paid in full by February 5, 2020

Is it too late to book the Fitness Fun Cruise? 

No, registration is open until the boat sells out.

What's included in the cruise price?

• Stateroom or suite accommodations

• All meals, including 24-hour room service, except in the specialty reservations-only restaurants

• Most entertainment & activities onboard

• Fitness Fun Cruise program and special events for the group

• All port charges, taxes and fees

What's not included in the price?

• Air transportation cost and transfers to the ship

• Shore excursions in Cozumel

• Sodas, alcoholic beverages, bottled water

Is the entire boat going to be made up of Fitness Fun Cruisers?

No. The Fitness Fun Cruise will consist of one group on board a traditional cruise ship. The beauty of this setup is that you get the best of both worlds: the exclusivity of our events (workouts, presentations, parties, etc.) and all the perks of a regular Carnival FunShip cruise (live music, shows, and more)!

Will all the food be based on a special diet or nutritional plan?

No, but there will be plenty of healthy options to choose from. We will do our best to provide you with as much info as possible regarding the best choices onboard. In fact, there will be an entire event centered around how to make the smartest food decisions during the cruise.

Is this a weight-loss cruise?

Yes and no. This is a VACATION, and we want you to be free to decide if you indulge or not. That said, there will be plenty of healthy food options available, as well as calorie-burning opportunities and you'll be given some guidance on making the best choices. The choice is completely yours and guilt-free!

Can my kids come?

Of course! (Bring your spouse too) In fact, Carnival Cruise Lines has several fully supervised programs for children 3 - 17.  Kids rates start at only $425. 

​

I don't have a roommate, can I cruise alone?

Absolutely, we already have several people doing so! There are 2 options. You can enroll in our Roommate Match Program and be paired with another cruiser.  This way you can still pay the double occupancy rate if you come solo. Or simply pay the additional single occupancy upgrade and you'll be ready to sail.

How are events scheduled? Will I miss other opportunities?

Events are thoughtfully scheduled only when the ship is at sea. This way, you'll never miss an opportunity to explore on your own! We also schedule the events with special nightlife entertainment in mind; trust us, you won't miss a thing!

Do I have to attend every Fitness Cruise event?

No! You're more than welcome to pick and choose which events you'd like to attend. So if the spa is calling to you minutes before Fit & Fun trivia, go right ahead and enjoy...

Can I cancel this trip later?

Yes you can, however any payments made are nonrefundable. We highly recommend you purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to reimburse your trip in case you need to cancel for any reason. Check out squaremouth.com to compare companies and prices. It is best to buy within 7 days of booking. 

 

Can I book directly with Carnival?

No, only tickets purchased through The Fitness, Fun and Sun Registration Page will gain entry to our private events.

I am a health or fitness professional. Can I present on the cruise?

Yes! We encourage you to contact us if you are interested in teaching a class, presenting a workshop or forming your own Crew Code with your gym or fitness studio.

Do I need a passport for this trip? 

A passport is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, but it is not required. If you are not going to be traveling with a passport, you must have a US government issued birth certificate WITH A RAISED SEAL AND a government-issued photo identification card such as a drivers license or state issued id card. If you need assistance with applying for your passport, we can help!
